| Great post. Love the quote. I'm both extremely both. The hiyttseesinivpry idea Tracie Louise suggested is very interesting I'd love to check out the book. I feel like an emotional sponge sometimes, and being around people in negative or tense moods can influence me more than I'd like. Have you ever done the Myers Briggs personality assessment? It assigns you one of 16 personality types based on introversion/extroversion and other things. I've been looking into personality type specific advice on socializing, career options, and what might help me to be most productive. It's been surprisingly illuminating! (It's pretty entertaining to read forum discussions by others in couples with the same personality types as my boyfriend and I, too. It normalizes so much of our weirdness.) |
