| These are true statements that can be aisely intergrated into anyones budget and planning. My wife and I have made great progress and changing our personal outlook and spending regarding health. We choose to have control over our health and not let the outside influences rule our lives. We spend more time together working out, preparing and cooking meals with good foods, and teaching our two boys about living a lifestyle for health.We could not have made these changes without the pointed and sometimes harish truths Dr May spoke, all of which, was done with our own health benefits in mind.Thank you Dr May for all your support, guidance and freidnship.The Peck Family |
